Method
 

  1. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the warm milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, and mix until just blended.
  4. Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron.
  5. Close the waffle iron and cook until waffles are golden and crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove the waffles and serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
