  • 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust pre-made for no-bake pies
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter smooth texture preferred
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar confectioners' sugar sifted
  • 1 8-ounce container Cool Whip or 3 cups homemade whipped cream thawed

Method
 

  1. Chill the pie crust in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or the freezer for 15 minutes before use.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter and cream cheese together until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar to the mixture and continue to beat until well combined.
  4. Fold in the Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream) until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the chilled pie crust and smooth the top.
  6. Place the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
