Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen mango Diced plus extra cubes for garnish
  • 1 small frozen banana Provides sweetness and smooth texture
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk Or any milk of choice add more as needed
  • ½ cup whole milk Greek yogurt Optional: can substitute with coconut yogurt for vegan version
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice Adds tang and freshness
  • Fresh mint or basil leaves Optional for garnish

Method
 

  1. Place the frozen mango, banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and lime juice in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend everything until smooth, adding extra almond milk as necessary to reach the desired consistency.
  3. Pour the smoothie into two glasses, garnish with extra mango cubes and mint or basil leaves, if desired.
